God's Sovereignty in Suffering

This Sunday we started a new sermon series in the book of Ruth. Pastor Joe leads us through the beginning of Ruth's story starting with her mother-in-law Naomi. This is a beginning marked with suffering, which makes us ponder on our own suffering. The shining truth through it all is that God is in control. He is soverign over all things. Take comfort knowing that the God who did not withhold His Son, for your sake, is in control of your present suffering.
